Terms of Service

Welcome to SafeTech Mastery Center. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website safetechmaster.com and our offerings in IT security training, digital courses, and related products.

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all professional services, digital products, and physical goods provided by SafeTech Mastery Center.

2. Professional Services

Professional services include live IT security training sessions, workshops, and consulting engagements delivered by SafeTech Mastery Center.

2.1 Fees and Payment

All fees for professional services are due upon registration. Access to live sessions is granted after full payment.

2.2 Cancellations and Transfers

Requests to cancel or transfer a service must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date. Approved transfers may be applied to another session without additional charge. If cancellation is requested within 14 days of the start date, no refund will be issued due to resource allocation and instructor scheduling commitments.

3. Digital Products

Digital products include on-demand courses, ebooks, and downloadable materials. Access is granted immediately after payment. Clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided no content has been accessed or downloaded. Once any materials are accessed or downloaded, eligibility for a refund is void.

4. Physical Goods

Physical goods include training materials and merchandise. To qualify for a refund, items must be in original condition and packaging. Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. Shipping arrangements for approved refunds will be managed by SafeTech Mastery Center and a handling fee of up to 10% may be deducted to cover processing costs.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests for professional services, digital products, and physical goods are processed as follows.

For professional services, requests received at least 14 days before the service start date are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the start date. Approved transfers to future sessions are offered upon request.

For digital products, clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no materials have been accessed or downloaded. Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days after verification.

For physical goods, upon receipt of items in original condition and packaging, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. A handling fee of up to 10% may apply to cover processing costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

SafeTech Mastery Center is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability for claims related to these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the specific purchase.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich.
